Hughes warrants their converters for one year from the date of purchase. Street/Strip transmissions carry a 90-day warranty, and Race transmissions are warranted for 30 days. Warranty of transmissions is limited to the replacement of all friction materials, seals, and gaskets. Additional charges will be made for damaged parts due to improper installation, misuse, improper cooling, or low fluid levels. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse or unauthorized repairs, removal or replacement costs, transmission oil, damage to related components, or normal wear and tear.
